A real estate and finance executive with over 25 years of experience, Seth brings deep expertise in asset acquisition, valuation, and portfolio strategy. His background spans the full investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, financial modeling, market analysis, and transaction execution.  Seth is an active industry leader and serves as a member of the Multifamily Innovation Council, is a past Government Affairs Board Member at the North Carolina Research Triangle Apartment Association and remains engaged with numerous professional organizations. He holds a Master of Science (MSc.) from the London School of Economics, reflecting his strong financial and analytical foundation. Across new-construction lease-ups, stabilized communities, and full-scope renovation and repositioning projects, Heather has led assets through every stage of their lifecycle.
